Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Karen Buckingham and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor. 'Integrative' means my work is informed by different theories and models of counselling practice. This approach suits my understanding that we are all unique and diverse individuals and therefore our needs differ. The relationship is pivitol to my work. It is a two way process of trust and respect and I value it's therapeutic quality immensely. I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
